I have over 30 years experience in the trade and personally undertake the plumbing and tiling work. I use a qualified electrician for all electrical work and a reliable plasterer who can skim new walls and ceilings as required. I can also arrange for all the old sanitary ware, tiles and other rubbish to be taken away by a registered contractor. In short as well as doing the major part of the work I will also act as project manager ensuring any trades that are required will turn up to do work as needed. I am able to do minor building work such as knocking a WC and separate bathroom into one, move non-structural walls to make rooms bigger or build completely new rooms. I will keep you fully informed of any work that cannot be covered by the original quotation. This would include such things as the necessity to replace plasterboard after removing existing tiling or the replacement of rotten flooring and studwork. It is my aim to change an average sized bathroom, fully tiling walls and floors, fitting all accessories, etc in no more than 5 - 8 working days. Don't worry - if it's your only loo I won't leave you without it! Do you need any help and advice with layout, the number of tiles to buy, etc? |
