Terms

1. 60% of the total quotation is payable on commencement of the work.

2. If larger materials (i.e. shower trays and screens, bathroom suites, tiles, etc.) are being supplied 60% of the total quotation will be payable upon ordering of the same, usually one month before the work is due to start.

3. It is essential that all materials (tiles, sanitaryware, etc.) have been delivered and are on site ready for use on the day work commences.

4. The balance of payment is due on the day of completion. If this is not received the balance must be paid within seven days of the completion date or interest will become payable on the amount outstanding.

5. The quotation is valid for six weeks.

6. When removing existing tiles from plasterboard and old plaster it is often necessary to completely remove the same and replace it with new plasterboard in order to give a suitable surface for re-tiling or plaster skimming. As this cannot be ascertained in advance materials used and time taken will be charged as extra.

7. Any other deviations from the quotation overleaf including any safety electrical work deemed necessary will be charged as extra.

8. Unless agreed otherwise all rubbish will be left on site for disposal by you.
