Terms

1. 60% of the total quotation is payable on commencement of the work.
NOTE: If larger materials (i.e. shower trays and screens, bathroom suites, tiles, etc.) are being supplied 60% of the total quotation will be payable upon ordering of the same, usually one month before the work is due to start.

2. It is essential that all materials (tiles, sanitaryware, etc.) have been delivered and are on site ready for use on the day work commences.

3. The balance of payment is due on the day of completion. If this is not received the balance must be paid within seven days of the completion date or interest will become payable on the amount outstanding.

4. The quotation is valid for six weeks.

5. Any other deviations from the quotation including any safety electrical work deemed necessary will be charged as extra.
FOR EXAMPLE: When removing existing tiles from plasterboard and old plaster it is often necessary to completely remove the same and replace it with new plasterboard in order to give a suitable surface for re-tiling or plaster skimming.   You will be kept informed!

6. Rubbish will be left for disposal by you unless otherwise agreed.

Bournemouth, Broadstone, Christchurch, Corfe Mullen, Poole, Ringwood, Verwood, Weymouth, Wimborne . . .
and all surrounding towns and villages within an approximate radius of 30 - 40 miles from Poole. Other areas will also be considered.
